Nationalism vs. Globalism and Trump Moves
Nationalism vs. Globalism and Trump Moves

The Trump election, which was surrounded by high emotions from many sides, reflects a real and serious divide within America and the world. Not many people have believed he will win and until now equally or more people don’t have clear explanation how he succeeded, and if he will complete his term.
Some suggest that he is from the rich elite that is divided for control, and all the populism is just a façade to pass the test. Others think he is a hoax and his failures will be used to underscore the correctness of the alleged adversary. But many grass root Americans believe Trump program actually represent them, and he will lead America to greatness, and the whites to regain their traditional position. The media frenzy to attack anything he says or does reflects equally tense emotions on the other side showing deeply seated rejection of all what he represents. Many of the rich attack him, but equally many are strong supporters. The issue of a divide between the American rich based on pure competition loses weight, because the rich friends and foes have different characteristics, and the world is reacting with strong polarization too.
After his directives and declarations the confusion increased. Why he is strong against China but friendly with Russia. Why rude against Mexico. How come he targets many Islamic majority countries that have suffered the most from terrorism, by a travel ban against ordinary people, while other states with similar or more terror endangerments are allowed. Why many of the Israeli high powered supporters hate him so much, while he keeps declaring his love for Israel. At the same time why many strong Israeli critics attack him with the same vigor, just because he claims to support Israel. Many questions remain.
In my view the Trump winning is a historical turn, expressed it in simple terms while he comes from the least expected base. A person or maybe a class from the rich, are attacking the very foundations of the world riches aiming for global control. We hear this from Trump and supporters explicitly. They say they are out against the globalists who are ripping White America, and allowing other nations to flourish on the their expense. All of these conflicting signs call for an explanation and some view for the near future prospects. In what follows we outline a world view that may be useful to explain the dynamic of Trump winning, and the deep issues behind the upheaval.
I. A World View about Evolution of Human Societies
I have developed a model for the world evolution, based on fundamental physical evolution of matter from the early universe until the expression of life and beyond to societies. The model is described in detail in a study that is summarized in the annex.
I teach this topic in a one-semester course, where the students make a research paper based on the model taking some countries or world regions for case studies. This course has been taught since 2006, and many empires and countries evolution maps were outlined. In many cases, the predictions were close to reality (Pharaohs, Romans, Greeks, US, Europe, Soviet Union, China, India, the BRICS block, the NATO countries, Africa, Arabs, Iran, Turkey, and Russia).
According to the study, capitalism is reaching the point of breaking nationalism and traditional ethics, and the last 25 years saw some evidence. The supper rich class is working hard on controlling the world. It gets more complicated when a small pseudo national group or a tribal group tries to control this “international government” and that is also evident.
The Current Evolution Path
For this juncture of the humanity evolution, the model predicts the following:
- When a small group controls the destiny of a large population, and does not address their basic inspirations, or curtails their basic and natural forces of interactions (class polarization, suppression of national, and moral integration and religion) that group starts to fall. The Soviet Union is a recent big example. It fell because the Soviet structure was based on the assumption that only economic factors affect evolution, hence applied some form of restricted or forced evolution within the socio economic development, and ignored or suppressed nationalism of the Soviet nations. They denied the value of nationalism, and assumed ethics are a by-product of the economic factors. Combining this with a conflict with the West resulted in the rise and fall of the Soviet empire within 70 years.
- In some respects, the current state of Capitalism represents the other side of the coin: they too believe that economic factors are mainly the ones that can influence progress and development. The starting point of capitalism is disconnected from the real status now. Adam Smith believed in free market and competition, and was concerned that monopolies eventually may kill the free market. In fact current capitalism is remote from real free market, and competition driving force is near nonexistence, and with it nationalism and morality are losing value. The globalists capitalist path to control the world is similar to the Soviet elite control during its late years.
- This is the case, because when the West won the cold war, many western economic powers considered that a vindication of their system superiority. They actually sped up the transfer of wealth from the middle and lower classes to their benefit, and accelerated the destruction of national borders. The new super-rich believed they can control the world through cross nations coordination.
- Their possible unity across national borders is a product of globalism. They wanted to subjugate the human race under their control. This is partially similar to the rise of capitalism at the turn of the 20th century. The difference in that case, nationalism was on the rise and the capitalists were serving national interests beside their own. Capitalism then contained the expression of different nationalities, which created colonialism, and the conflict ended with the world wars.
- In the current case, capitalism is suppressing nationalism for the sake of creating a world government, and it is changing alliances to serve that end. Globalists worked adamantly to control a huge wealth under their umbrella. They became so confident to the point of dismissing the importance of even the white race, let alone care about other races.
- This is however an accelerated path toward doom. While capitalism flourishes more, and more capital is accumulated in the hands of fewer and fewer people, this ends up with a very thin super-rich class that cannot afford to carry the world heavy human and survival burden. It can fall under the sheer force of huge human suffering even if nationalism does not revolt. What is more likely is that at some earlier point, nationalism rises again, because it is a natural force and can break the cycle. Both scenarios are possible.
II. American Revolt Against Globalism
In some respect, Trump case is a major national revolt against the super-rich monopoly. He was successful in winning the street and the votes, because he resonated with the US white national majority against the international globalist hegemony. Similar signs are seen also in many European nations. If Trump fails, the globalists will have another chance to control the West, and continue their doomed path to end up either destroying the mankind, or people rise again and break them. This is true because every time they get more monopolies they become smaller in numbers and more pronounced. In reality they become exposed and weaker in terms of holding control, but they become more dangerous with each cycle. This is very critical. It is better to topple them at the earliest, because then the risk of mankind destruction will be less.
The alternative to this aging capitalism is to have what I call post capitalism. It is a way of life and a system that addresses the three main forces, and harness them though productive means. It tries to limit the negative aspects of these forces through changing the nature of the boundary conditions. It works to prevent class extreme polarization by setting limits on monopolies that can be quantized. Addressing the racist and the tribal aspects of nationalism can be realized by allowing long term naturally driven racial accommodation. And preventing extreme ideologies can be achieved by addressing the ethical instincts, and how people feel about other humans (Annex).
Many nations around the world like to see that. And if Trump really can participate in this change, many nations will help him especially because the “world government” is controlled by tribal groups and made up from a collection of rich Arab sheiks, a racist European elite from the middle ages aristocracies, and some Indian super rich class of Maharajas joining the club with the American super rich. All believe in globalism and dismiss nationalism, and they are willing to cooperate for the first time in history against their own people.
This new order which started after the fall of the soviet union has collaborators from all races who are willing to sell their people for the sake of the tribal government. This has never happened in the history of mankind (it succeeded locally and within close race. For example the aristocratic control of Europe were able partially control because European have a lot of common attributes. But amongst major races there was always distinctive difference and there was never one group for most major races collaborating to control all races), and I think it will never succeed. In this respect, what the white American perceives as a rip by the globalists for the benefit of other nations is not accurate. They are ripping everybody for their own sake, but people don’t necessarily see that.
This is important because then the revolting nations will not direct their Anger against other nations who are sharing the burden like them, but focus their energy to beat the tribal super-rich class for the sake of all nations. In some respect the national revolt can have the slogan “all nations of the world unite to break the globalist evil”. This is in fact happening in Europe. A recent documentary about the practices of the EU closes by: “Either break the EU, or lose the European civilization”.
The world government wants to dissolve nations across the world, and in that they use all possible conflicts and divides. Since 2011 they tried to use the Arab spring to enlist Islam to break Arab nationalism, and then use the terrorists produced from the Arabic nation destruction to destroy other nations that show signs of resistance to their control. Russia, China and other parts of the world could be the next steps. They did not pay enough attention to Europe and the US because they thought they are in solid control of those places.
The Arab spring process failed at three stations. The first failure was when they toppled Iraq and Libya, but failed to produce reasonable alternatives; they controlled Egypt but soon the people revolted and toppled them, and they did not win Yamen. The second but more critical was the main failure in Syria, and the Arab nationalism broke the pseudo Islamic terror. The backlash helped underscore the first failure, and political Islam took a huge blow. The third failure was a byproduct due to the length of the war: refugees flooded Europe, and that accelerated the rise of national sensitivities, which were already brewing due to the European Union practices.
The move failed because they were stuck in Syria, and Russia and China helped underscore that failure. It is ironic that what saved American nationalism were actually the Russians, who blocked the success of the world globalists by crippling the political Islam which was heavily utilized to serve the globalists government, though maybe unintentionally.
The US case was even worse, because most of the globalist brokers’ seat of power is there. The American whites were suffering economically and morally. Their role in the US was flattering, when the globalists were using other ethnic groups to beat and break them to submission. They did that through liberal slogans, but mainly by encouraging businesses to move out of the country. The end result could have been the demise of the US, and the globalists would not have cared less.
Trump and Supporters vs the Globalist World Government Agendas
A standoff between Trump camp and the globalists seems inevitable. The way he announced his program goes head on collision with the global order practiced agendas. In the following we outline how we see the two groups’ main programs; potential supporters and adversaries; and finally the winning odds for each side.
Related to the programs foundations, the globalist program highlights a World government controlled by the rich with an elitist tribal control ( a clear strong Jewish control over many of the globalists issues) over the rich club; dismantling borders and dissolving nationalism; and the Use of Islam for self-destruction, break China and Russia and serves the world government. The Trump or nationalist program claims America’s progress and power first; Respect to the world diversity; and building a cohesive world based on justice and fair play.
The potential supporters in the US for the globalists are Multinational corporations; Military economic complex; and Neocons and Liberal supporters. For the nationalists it includes National and white forces; Middle class America and the American military and veterans.
The potential supporters worldwide to the globalists include Proxy organizations or governments; Arab Gulf States (Trump move to Saudi Arabia cut that path while Qatar remained), EU, NATO, and many Multinational corps. For the nationalists most nations (especially European States, Russia and even China), if America deals with the world fairly.
The adversaries for the globalists are the Nationalists in the intermediate scale; and all people in the long term scale. For the nationalists it includes the neocons and liberal supporters; and globalists movements and governments.
The success factors for the globalists depend strongly on Trump and the nationalists acting unwisely: by possible enlistment of China against America, or possible internal toppling of Trump if he stays the collision course. For the Trump and nationalists their deeds must express clearly they are true to justice and fair international relations; keep special attention to good relations with Russia and China; and build the post capitalist world.
Finally, the chances of Trump success highly depend on his actions. They will be high if he acts true to his declarations, where he can enlist many internal and international powers; assure world nations of good will; and accept a multi-pole world order.
Assessment of Some of Trump Moves
Until now signs are conflicting. In some respects he acts as if he knows what he is doing and in others he seems out of touch. The directives he acted show some conflicting signs and here we review some of them from the prospect of agreeing with his declared objectives.
Foreign Policy
Ban on visa issuing for seven Mideastern countries: Not wise. If he wants to block the terrorists, many are not nationals from these countries, but globalists from all countries. Could be justified if the purpose is to repeal the criteria taking into account that many visa holders from the Obama years are considered terrorists in Trump view. If he is a true anti globalist he should pinpoint them through anti-terror agreements with relevant nations.
Building the wall and Mexico will pay for it: To build the wall can be good or bad depending on the point of view, and both positions have merits. To insist that Mexico will pay for it even if that triggers a trade war is strange. If you are out to win, you must have stable and good relations with your neighbors.
Pulling out of NAFTA and TPP: Can curtail the globalist control and may benefit the US if replaced soon by bilateral agreements that are executed with care.
Harsh on China: If the objective is to correct the relation to have a balanced trade that is smart, but if the objective is actually to harm China, the US will be a loser, especially many globalists pet on enlisting China as a main proponent of globalism to break Trump resolve.
Move of American Embassy to Jerusalem: Moving the embassy is a sign of early capitulation to the globalist world movement, which is controlled in-proportionally by many Neocons. He should not move the embassy except if he has a solid proposal to divide Jerusalem between Israelis and Palestinians as part of a strategic plan to solve the Arab Israeli conflict.
Criticizing NATO: An attempt to control NATO uncontrolled expansion.
Sanctions against Russia: The moves by the congress to enforce long term sanctions on Russia is a very strong blow to Trump program. He was wise not to challenge it because that is impossible, but he should work systematically to empty hurtful impact against Russia. The make or break element for Trump and the nationalists’ foreign and even domestic policies highly depends on stable Russian relations and cooperation.
Afghanistan problem can be significantly managed if not solved through collaboration with Russia, and Iran, and that is possible. The cases of Iraq and Syria give some insight.
The position against Iran
Very strange combinations. On one side, Bannon and his followers claim to be very strong against Iran while they work hard on making good relations with Russia. At the same time, they want an economic war against China. These three objectives cannot be reconcilable. On the other hand, the globalists blocking of any possible good relations with Russia can only make Russia more assertive. The globalists will not be able to enlist China either. If there objective succeeds and they break the relations with Russia, the US overall will be a loser. Iran is a close ally to Russia and it is easy to get their cooperation through balanced relation with both powers.
The move to enlist the Gulf States and get good funding returns: Even though Trump attacked Saudi Arabia on regular basis before and during the election period, he was able to recruit most Arab states to join his program, and that was a smart move to offset the globalist power to use the gulf states in coordination with Israel, to empty any possible foreign policy moves, taking into account the blocking of the Russian relations. This move however will remain local and will not make a major success without involving Russia one way or another. It seems Tillerson and McMaster were coordinating the move.
The detente in Syria
Even though there are many outstanding issues, the overall position of the Trump administration is useful or not active against Russia and Syria to take control of its land, and destroy the extremists at the same time. The globalists are not happy with that. Through the move with the Gulf States, the working activity in Syria is moving even better and making an impact against the extremist while providing a minimum working cooperation with Russia.
Attacking Islamic extremism
Generally, Trump and the nationalists stand against Islam is rooted in the culture, but what makes it more pronounced is the nationalists’ belief that the globalists were using them heavily in the last 15 years to serve the globalist agenda. Here, a combination of both factors can explain many things, but that does not justify the position against Islam as a religion.
The use of political Islam and the extremists’ element was a natural occurrence since the 1950s against Arab nationalism, and then against the Soviet Union. Most of the political Islam movements have risen after World War I on the ruins of the Ottoman Empire. While Arab nationalism was used to break the Ottomans, it was clear to England then that a new outlet for the Islamic feelings must be created and used.
Two movements have been established within a decade of the Ottomans demise, and they are influencing the Arab and Islamic politics since then: the Wahhabis and the Islamic Brotherhood. Each is addressing a line of thought and a background culture, but both were connected one way or another to the colonial order that followed. Hence, it seems hypocritical to put the blame on Islam, which was abused by political Islam to serve the colonial powers. Again, this goes with the globalist order that uses Islamic extremism to discredit Islam, and fight potential adversaries. Trump seems to understand this issue, but due to the historical misgivings, it easy to confuse the outlooks and the policies.
Islam is not anti-West or Christianity, and there is a good possibility to make peace with Islam. However, that can only happen if one stops supporting the Islamic extremists to achieve shadowy political goals, as was executed during Bush and Obama years. Obama policies have affected the world negatively. He has accelerated the globalist rise in the US and abroad. The US policies during his term brought misery to many regions, and disturbed the human cohesion worldwide. However, he could not have played that role without the prior aggressive policies of Bush Junior.
Domestic Politics
Positions nominations: The state and justice selections encourage the belief that the anarchic noise is not the final say. On the other hand some hiring from Wall street and Goldman Sachs may represent confusion sometimes, or capitulation to power brokers in others.
Freezing hiring at the federal level: Generally a wise move but should be followed by a wise detailed differential plan that does not impair the federal government from fresh talented people.
Attacking the media: They deserve more, because they are playing a major role in obstructing the national program, and dragging Trump to make many unwise moves through pity conflicts.
The Russia investigation: the process is very strange. The AG deputy was the one to recommend the firing of Comey, then he was the same person to hire Mueller to investigate the firing of Comey within a very short time. AG Session position was weak, and Trump has some right to complain, but why everybody is attacking everyone except Rod Rosenstein is never criticized.
The removal of Bannon and the gains of the globalists in the WH: it is obvious that Goldman Sachs people are working in a rhythm. They are not serving Trump the nationalists program for sure, but working hard to swing the Trump program to serve the most negative aspects of the globalist program. The role of his daughter and Kushner, and the rising role of Cohn eying to take control of the Fed Reserve can underscore a long-term failure of Trump policies.
Bannon position is not clear. In one respect his high profile criticism through Breitbart of Trump move on Afghanistan and the strong and persistent attacks on McMaster under the excuse that he is anti-Jewish do not seems to fit together.
Overall, it seems the military are generally not part of the globalist program, and if there is a chance for Trump survival, it will be the military. Why Bannon keeps attacking McMaster is not clear, especially when a major super-rich player like Adelson seem to go with the removal of McMaster, even though he cannot be counted as part of the nationalists camp.
Points of Concern: A Trump or a National American Revolution
Trump revolt can carry the potential of reversing the developments path. But there are concerns from the supporters view point of his program. In the following we outline some.
- Does he really belong to the world view of the critical importance of nationalism, or he is just trying to topple other riches to replace them with a new group.
- Where is the role of the globalists in his agenda, and how he perceives the Neocons role. Does he have an explanation of why all power centers controlled by them across the US and worldwide are aligned against him and his program, even though he keeps claiming his love for Israel. Is there a way in his mind to settle this conflict.
- Does he want America to win against globalism, which entails cooperation with all national powers of the world who share that view, or he thinks he can win and make America first without getting into this real make or break standoff with the globalists.
III. Conclusions
- The grass root movement that elevated Trump is real and represents a serious challenge to the globalists’ control of the US and the world. Its rise is a natural response to long term policies that have started in the 1980s and mainly after Bush Sr.
- A good relation with the new post-communist Russia should be seen as a positive development because both Russian and American nationalism can benefit greatly from such alliance. The Trump corner stone foreign policy of accommodating good relations with Russia is the most threatening to the globalist order, and that is why they fight it to the bones.
- The most effective approach in relation to the Moslem world is to aim hard at the Islamic extremists, while equally accommodate the grass root peaceful aspects of the Islamic teaching. Any claim that the religion itself has defaults beyond solution, can be applied to all religions with equal or more examples.
- It is feasible and welcomed by the world to have working relations with China, India and the BRICS generally.
- The military establishment role is different than the military economic complex. While the first are the personnel who suffer the brunt of wars, the others are the business owners and the management. The two parts do not generally serve the same objectives. Trump reliance on the military itself is a very necessary move, because without them there would be no chance to win against the deeply rooted globalist influence.
- The strongest threat to Trump program comes from the Congress, which is generally oriented to follow the dictum of the globalists, but if the populist movement asserts itself and proves it can remove senators and representatives who do not serve the will of the people, they will reconsider and change.
- The National movement base of strength depends on how much of the economy they can control, and how they can keep the social cohesion. The spread of racial tension does not serve the national agenda. The globalist ability to recruit parts of the minorities to polarize the racial map, should be answered by taking negative positions against the aggressive groups only, and never extend it to the whole ethnicity. The globalists agenda is run by whites, but that does not mean all whites are globalists.
- It is better not to make major moves in the Middle East regarding a long-term solution without clear capacity to do so without the influence of the globalist or the Israeli lobby. The judgment should come from a neutral position to make real peace possible.
- Europe natural position is to have good terms with the US, but the EU structure currently serves the globalists and the dark part of the European aristocracy. The various European national movements represent a sign that the EU can remain an umbrella, but it should never threaten the rich diversity in the common culture.
- It will be a great development for the world national movements to cooperate towards the establishment of a new order that is based on the post capitalism ideas outlined in this work.

I. A World View about Evolution of Human Societies
I.1 Basic Forces
The fundamental forces of nature are strong, electroweak and gravitational forces, and the corresponding forces acting on the individual are:
- Preservation of self: Corresponds to the Strong force.
- Preservation of kind and the genetic composition: Electromagnetic force.
- Integration with the universe: Gravitational force.
Natural forces are governed by the dynamic and quantum laws, while human forces are governed by the brain which is the most sophisticated quantum machine.
These three forces which are basic instincts in the individual, evolve and express themselves through the human mind to create many possibilities in relation to others. For a society they are manifested as three major representations evolving from the singular forces as follows
- Socio Economic Classes: combination of the effects of self and kind preservation forces.
- Tribes and Nationalities: kind preservation evolution.
- Morality (Ethics) and Human unity: Integration evolution.
- Adding two more factors that can affect the society mainly Geography and Resources creates the interplay between the forces that can affect societies growth and evolution.
I.2 Evolution Indicators
The expression of the above forces defines five major parameters that can identify the human societies and the interaction with the natural surroundings. These parameters are
- Class Structures: based mainly on economic factors, but can contain racial components. Society is at best with no classes, but it is an active force that cannot be stopped.
- Nationalism and Racial Structures: societies with homogeneous racial composition are more inclined for cohesion and productivity. They can be aggressive against others. Single national structures create more stable but assertive societies.
- Geography: isolation brings stability but also resistance to progress. If surrounded by strong powers it can affect the whole course of development.
- Economic Strategic Factor: the overall wealth and development that allows translation to real power on all strategic fronts. Positive to the well-being of the society.
- Civil and Culture Development: good for the society stability and real development.
If we take only two values for each of the above parameters, 32 different societies can be defined. In principle the values are a continuum and the number of variations is infinitely high, but generally real societies tend to settle for certain classes. Using this model we can describe any society in terms of these parameters, and make some prediction about its evolution.
The model is extensive and addresses many fine details related to the interdependence of the forces. For example, the class structure can destroy the national structure, and geography can reverse the evolution path. Mind creates ideas that translate to ideologies which can be correct or misplaced if the basic assumptions are wrong albeit slightly sometimes, which is a common occurrence in ideologies and ideas. This is due to a fundamental process in the brain that allows imagination, which is critical for providing varieties of solutions. In most cases, wrong solutions are more than the correct ones as we know from real life or science.
Concerning the solutions and effects, the shortest path to failure is to deny the existence of an active force. It is possible and desired some times to overcome the negative aspects of certain forces but that has costs. In addition, such solutions even if effective, they generally do not represent a rest state, but demand a constant application to offset the original force action.
What is a sure impossibility is to remove the effect of a force by denying its existence. This is a major source of social science problems, when not all forces or their effects are counted. The assumption of the ability to eliminate the forces does not correctly estimate the scope of the process or the ramifications of applying a brute force to achieve the objectives. From our model there are always negative forces you cannot stop, but there are optimizations that can make a major difference. The study offers at the end, a vision of building a post capitalist world that operates on optimization of satisfying the basics forces and enhancing their positive aspects while minimizing their negative ones (annex).
An example: a power group can have successful paths, and that creates misconceptions about their limits in favor of exaggerating that power. In addition, imagination can allow an apparent success of wrong solutions because of the sheer availability of resources compared to the weakness of the challenge. If adopted for a long time, the wrong solutions can inflict long-term damage to the affected world, but the wrong solutions will fail at some point. Communism is a classic example of a failing ideology and capitalism is equally wrong because both deny the existence of some of the basic forces.
A power group can overcome correct solutions that have limited resources, by using sheer resources to offset the outcomes. Sometimes if the weak group solution threatens the interests of the powerful, an elimination of the weak group can be applied. This is an everyday occurrence in real life. Sometimes we lose the good solutions for a while, but most of time other similar minds reproduce similar ideas. This continuous interaction net outcome is generally good for the people because, ethical and moral forces tend to weigh for the good solutions over the wrong ones.
II. The Current Evolution Path
For this juncture of the humanity evolution, the model predicts the following:
- When a small group controls the destiny of a large population, and does not address their basic inspirations, or curtails their basic and natural forces of interactions (class polarization, suppression of national or moral integration and religion) that group naturally starts to fall. It can fall under the sheer force of huge human suffering even if nationalism does not revolt. What is more likely is that at some earlier point, nationalism rises again, because it is a natural force and can break the cycle. Both scenarios are possible.
III. Post Capitalism Possible System
Theoretically there is a possibility for a rise of a world order that allows equality and respect for all people. It can be similar in structure to the western democracies as a form of transfer of power but has a different human and economic content as outlined in the following sections. We outline the main themes that can address the basic conclusions of our study and satisfy the basic forces of evolution with minimum conflicts and maximum fairness to the overall populations.
Economic Reforms
Since the economic factor can always create classes, some upper limit should be imposed on the super-rich to prevent run away monopolies. Here are some solutions:
- The most important economic renewal includes enacting laws that encourage wealth distribution through the creation of economic institutions owned by a large part of the people and controlled by the owners themselves. Middle size corporations are the most promising vehicle to carry such role. The bigger the corporation the less this role will be served and if the size is too small they cannot provide stability. The optimum mid-size company can vary in size based on the wealth of the society (US mid-size can mean a capital between 10m-1b). What is important is the owners care about their companies.
- This will weaken stock markets role, and minimize the banking role to just serve the monetary system and remove monopolies on how the system works and reform the Federal Reserve private ownership because its function is analogues to the defense or armed forces role more than to private business and it should be owned by the government.
- Some other aspects include weakening the usury finance system for the benefit of the distributed productive sector; weakening monopolies or centralized control of public holding companies because they generally use the public money to serve the boards and big shareholders. The companies would-be replaced by smaller ones owned by a limited number of private shareholders.
- Collaboration between the smaller units can be regulated in a way that prevents monopolies. Institutions would be managed by different levels that curtail supper control by top managers. Instead the power system is shared by many levels with enough checks and balances. The sub managements should be made to reflect real core activities in a way that enhances the role of the intellectual or material production and limit the abstract management. Laws can be enacted to encourage this transition.
- Set controls and caps on the maximum size of incorporation or cartels that serve certain objectives with a single management in a way that prevents the growth of any cartel beyond certain size or percentage of the GNP. Insure that any of the cartels cannot determine the overall economic outcome of the sector concerned.
- Outlaw any leagues or alliances between cartels that can exceed the maximum allowed size through ownership, financing, or any means that move the cartel role beyond the set limit.
- Cap ownership of assets or corporations that can allow the control of any sector beyond the set limit. Apply points 5 and 6 to individuals or nominal bodies.
- Cap the government ownership or control of operation’s or economic assets by a preset limit defined by the states legislators on periodic reviews. The government size or monopoly should not exceed certain limits for all services except national defense, monetary system, security and law enforcement. Parallel to that, taxes should be regulated to insure the government meets it obligations and prevent tax increase beyond the needed to serve the approved. Review this role periodically.
- Manage Government in a way that minimizes monopolies and high management control, and maximize the contribution of all levels of management and services.
Political Systems
To make international relations safe and peaceful, the following proposals can help insure equality of all human races with enough respect for the diversity and particularly of each race.
- Encourage the adoption of democratic political structures for the governance of the world system for sub units of the international organizations, and weaken the centralized control of public administrations.
- Apply constraints in relation to decisions of declaring wars in a way that the State top political structure cannot make such decisions without a clear expression of the public acceptance and approval.
- Reform election laws for the various levels of governance to insure a real majority support of the elected body, and set up a threshold that nullify elections if not satisfied.
- Encourage regional cooperations in order to arrive to structures that reflect the homogeneity of the culture groups and national composition. This is encouraged to run the UN through a manageable number of regions instead of the current situation where few countries control the war and peace, while the rest of nations act as spectators and in many cases are used or abused beyond basic dignity.
- Restructure the UN to reflect the real balance of power and world populations’ economic and strategic weights.
