 Towards a New World Order

1. Introduction

The world order that George Bush established on the ruins of Iraq and the fall of the Soviets, began with death and with death will end. It represented a continuation of the hostile mentality that ruled the Cold War in the second half of the Twentieth Century. Instead of the decline in the role of conflict, war and NATO alliance expanded to include all of Europe and wanted to turn to Asia. Instead of extending a hand of cooperation and standing with Russia, which nearly collapsed, they acted cynically, as a greedy usurper and an economic and human murderer. They were not satisfied with the fall and disintegration of the Union, but rather they wanted to dismantle Russia, which the Russians revere and consider their mother. It took 10 lean years for Putin to grab the start of the thread. He tried to start getting closer to the West, but discovered that was impossible without rebuilding Russia, so the Russians rolled up their sleeves and made the new Russia out of rubble.

Synchronize this with a mad campaign to attack the world, and the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan under the pretext of the September 11 terrorism. America, the neo-conservatives, the heads of Zionism, ravaged the world economy during the first decade of the twenty-first century, and Bush Jr. turned into Alwatheq of the Abbasid Khilafat.

The project to overthrow the Islamic civilization dismantle Russia dis not succeed. Other civilization blocs such as China, India, Africa and South America realized that the orgy would not stop, so they began to form new blocs such as the Shanghai Group and the BRICS. With the end of the first decade, the world’s map and its balances changed substantially. The order is run by the hideous American, that lost its morals, spent money and killed people. The question remained, what did the American nation gain other than more crises, as the state treasury paid all the costs of wars that exceeded $6 trillion and only reaped the accumulation of multinational profits and the increase in the influence of globalization, which began to reveal its teeth. Even worse, the Americans discovered that all these wars suck their blood and flow the blood of others in the service of a monopolistic class that increases control and decreases in number. The American citizen began to agitate in his surroundings as the world complained.

This was also accompanied by the expansion of the European Union, which was established with the aim of unifying Europe, protecting its security, developing its poorer peoples, and containing those who wanted from the new nations from its East. EU however, turned into a bureaucracy that outflanked the America’s orgy. In the American system, at least, the president remains elected. while for the European Union, all leadership are bureaucrats who rule Europe and reflect the hegemony of the globalists order. The restlessness in Europe started from the practices of the union, which expanded to become the leader of the global movement to rule the land, driven by the old European, Zionist, and aristocratic powers with the new capitalists form. By the end of the decade, it had turned into a monster that preys on human culture and does not serve the original purpose of its existence.

Obama came and handed over the leadership to serve the globalists class and implemented policies in coordination with the European Union, to defeat and subdue the world. The globalists leadership sensed the possibility that other powers may outperform the wealth of America and Europe, if they did not cut the path for them quickly through absolute domination of the Arab region, and the use of Islam to destroy Arab and Islamic civilization, They worked a monstrous scheme of stirring unrest that can in the end cripple Russia and China and tears India apart.

The Arab Spring began relatively smoothly. It did not take long however before the fire moved from Tunisia to Egypt, Libya, Syria and Yemen, and after them the target was Algeria, Sudan, Iraq was already in the oven. The West allied with the Islamists to lead the great coup movement in the name of Islam. Soon it became clear that the Islamists were weak and could not overthrow Libya, which required a continuous bombing by NATO. After Libya fall it was the turn of Yemen and Syria, and a heavy fire burned. The emerging world powers were alarmed by the dimensions of the systematic destruction.

Those powers (mainly Russia and China) stood with Syria but much less with Yemen. Syria managed to bring down one conspiracy after another, with decisive support from Russia and continuous support from Iran and Hezbollah. They endured a big alliance that was put in place by the Obama administration before the end of his rule by imposing a Turkish-Moslem brotherhood alliance with Saudi Arabia and the Gulf to bring down Syria and Yemen together. The campaign failed and Hillary Clinton lost the elections. The Republicans took power with a new president who did not believe in the Arab Spring, and at least does not condone the globalists order, wants good relations with Russia and China, and peace with the countries of the world. He was extremely limited by the wildness of globalists. It was not easy to stand in face of all this. He struggled hard to stay and gave a lot for no benefit in the end.

The rapprochement of the new administration was to breakup any bloc formation between the Muslim Brotherhood’s and Saudi Arabia, and the managed to formed a Gulf bloc with Egypt that eased the pressure on Syria so that the wave reversed and the project failed.

The starkness of the European Union and the Globalists in America became more clear. Trump did not show any desire to back down despite all the pressures. The Globalists has consumed the armies of war and the options became rare. A virus had exploded to appear as a leak of mutant viruses from a laboratory in China, and the hope was that this event would paralyze China, which worked tirelessly and defeated it in record time. The virus has spread to other regions to terrorize the whole world into surrender and submission. The epidemic and horror have spread to the whole world, and we have been living that for the last years.

But this virus revealed the deterioration of globalism, as nations understood that it does not protect them when the grandfather falls because many of their leaders are not corrupt, and nations discovered that protecting the earth and their children, geography, human belonging and love of goodness are achieved at best in cooperation not domination. But they also discovered how dear their situation is when they found most of the world government are accomplices with the globalists. order It became clear that an order from one center and most of the world resonates. That was a big shame.

Europe lived the depth and devastation of the tragedy, and the authoritarian union did not stop it. Europe we knew is disappearing, and the forged Union was transformed to become the enemy.

During the last 4 years the whole world witnessed America’s battle and how the raging fire is destroying its foundations it. Trump with all his shortcomings was sincere in fighting the globalists but he did not address their true leaders. He believed a cooperation with China and Russia can remove the globalist control but could not figure out the special complex relation between China and the globalists in hand and their relation with Russia in the other.

He thought if he gives Israel a free hand to control the Middle East they may reduce the pressure on his governance in America. But since they are the ones who control the globalists. that was an impossible premise.

They used him in the middle east and never gave him any sign of relief and kept full force to remove him. His main crime was thinking he can destroy the globalist while acting as if he does not know they are the ones in control

The important legacy of Trump year sis that only with effective cooperation between the US, Russia and China, the can beat the globalists and build a new world that the wishes to see. Europe governance system is so corrupt it is near impossible to contribute the first moves. Putin has the same basic convictions and China could be but it is hard to predict the true intentions of China because they play on both cards.

2. The Crisis of Capitalism and the Dead End of Globalism

Capitalism is failing from an independent perspective believes in its inevitable failure in the end. Yes, it is a human failure, but the capitalists do not care about human failures, and do not really believe in failure. Perhaps they consider the great plunder during the reigns of Bush and Obama as some of their best achievements. Rather, they consider the last 20 years crises that resulted in the great transfers of wealth from the middle class to the very small globalist class as their best achievements.

According to a conservative estimate, the value of the money that has been withdrawn from the less affluent public (which is 70% of people) that went to the benefit of (the richest 1% of humanity) exceeds $ 200 trillion over the past 20 years. That is equal to twice the annual national income for the whole world equivalent the national income of the United States for nearly 10 years. This is a great obscenity, but it gets even more gross when we know that 70% of the world do not own more than 20% of the world’s income. This means that the looting represented about 50% of the total income of the 70% of the people of world during the last 20 years and this estimate is conservative.

Where did that money go: in the case of colonialism it was understood even if not condoned. Colonies plundered for the welfare of the general community for the Central Powers. In the new case, the money did not go to the central countries, but to the new globalists class. This layer is transcontinental, and there are no national barriers separating it. It is true that it is led by the Jewish and Anglo-Saxon elements, but the club can accommodate every rich man ready to cooperate.

Perhaps the slogan “O rich people of the world, unite” is the best expression of the status. On this basis, the last 2 decades saw an frightening plunder that engulfed the middle classes in the West itself and showed indifference to values. It is the stage of more orgy and madness of power. Yes, matters have reached a stage that the world’s free and moral forces are fighting. And the epidemic crisis accelerated the moment of truth. There is no room left for maneuver, and now the point of decision is reached

3. The New System

From the experience of a century of socialism and two centuries of capitalism, the one root of them is revealed. What drives the two systems is the economy, and there is no real value for a person who has been reduced to money, and his freedom to be subordinate to a world center, and his morals are set by the global programmer at the temporary exchange rate, and his gender, nationality and family is crushed until it disappears within a global system It encourages the plurality of gender and does not want the family and cancels the foundations of its survival and growth, and it fights the human ability to reproduce in a way that guarantees survival. It is a recipe for death and death only.

There is a true need for a new system that does not restore the colonial struggles of European nationalities, or the authoritarianism of the Soviets and the central state, or condone a vision of bureaucratic control in the manner of the European union, or the envisioned world government; and aspires to get rid of the nightmares of global control during the past two decades regarding financing, exchange of goods, methods of trade and the distribution of industry. They want to choose their cultural and moral system in a way that achieves the interests of humanity without penetrating the national particularities. They want to get rid of the United Nations, which has become a gathering of more than 190 entities, most of which are lost in weight and value, and their existence is not justified.

How do you provide solutions to all of this, a stable and broad affiliation, and a human culture that preserves your land and morals, and customs that harmonize with your heritage and produce leaders belonging to their people by virtue of culture and geography, not money. The experience of China has proven the virus outbreak a milestone for humanity. This very large country has combined the Chinese nationalism and Confucius culture of thousands of years. What brought all the Chinese together those ties, and with the availability of a central leadership (a system which we do not support but if the Chinese are happy why should we complain) that could quickly implement without hindrance, a genuine leadership managed to kill the unknown enemy, because it defends the most valuable possession of its homeland and its people, and the pioneer does not let his people down.

The ingredients for successful nations: a large connected geography, a rich cultural history, a solid national affiliation, a large economy, and a global balance of power.

The scene seems prepared, as there are five civilizational blocs that have existed for some time, some of which meet the above definition, such as America, Europe with reservations, China, Russia and India relatively, and some of them need content adjustments but are qualified and their content includes the five conditions. Eligible blocs are shown in the attached table, which explains the blocks and their geographical, cultural, national and economic characteristics.

These blocs are a Slavic and Orthodox Eurasia with respect for ethnic and religious minorities, the existing China, and India with greater amendments to its system.

For social class and religious distribution, Western Europe can be rebuilt if Italy, Spain and France agree to stay, and if then have northern and southern Europe, America, Canada and Mexico will continue as one bloc, and the Spanish Bolivarian South America if they accept Portuguese Brazil. the Sub-Saharan African bloc, and the Arab bloc with Iran and Turkey if they wish, or form a bloc with Pakistan, Malaysia and Indonesia. The world will be formed from 8-10 civilizational blocs that are ethnically, socially and historically homogeneous, economically integrated, and geographically connected with the space for countries that want to be free and uniquely. The table describes these blocks.

We propose the following system for managing economic distribution, organizing political and social relations, protecting nationalities from aggression, activating religions in developing morals without engaging in religious conflicts and wars, and providing an infrastructure for a free, competitive and balanced economic system that prevents capitalist control. Each bloc has what is sufficient for most of the basics to prevent others from threatening their foundations, and provide benefits that encourage cooperation, in a way that encourages the development of the less advanced blocs without the favor or guidance of an international bank or colonial countries.

A new stable world will emerge in which humanity lives openly, dealing with the problems of Earth within a small, understandable structure with each belonging to his civilization without the domination of globalization. These blocks will achieve maximum sufficiency, and exchange within specialized industries or scientific development. Thus the unity of the world will be achieved without brutal globalization, with economic justice without capitalist control, and an understanding of civilizations without religious conflicts. Yes, it will be God’s heaven on earth until God does what He wills about the world. With such a combination, gangs or elites will not be able to terrorize the world with epidemics or sieges, because every government belongs to its people will do the most precious to save its country, and all nations will cooperate to uncover and crush gangs early. Wars will not be needed by virtue of the sufficiency of each block and its loss of interest in expansion.

4. Foundations of Global Security Theory

1. All nations of the earth have the same rights to life and wealth, and to be proud of their intellectual and cultural heritage.
2. Nations of the Earth share many similar aspirations, and the security system should encourage this.
3. There must be a transition to a world order that respects the economic, national, cultural and religious interests of nations.
4. The emergence of a global economic system based on post-capitalist foundations in terms of wealth distribution, preventing monopolies, capping a ceiling of ownership, and ensuring a minimum sufficient income.
5. Laying down foundations that guarantee the family, freedom of belief and exchange of ideas, outlaw prostitution, prevent terrorism, and build institutions specialized in cultural communication.
6. Encouraging the growth of major blocs in the world that reflect the similarity of their cultural composition, geographical contiguity, and national structure. A stable world can be formed from ten national cultural and geographic blocs, which are: China, India, brown Africa, North America, South America, Western Europe, Eurasia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, knowing that these blocs have similar proportions to a common coefficient. It combines geography, economy and population.
7. The formation of a global security council to represent these blocs, and to guarantee their role in international decision-making, with a mandate to global security, peace and preventing wars.
8. Encouraging civilized and human free communication without ideological guidance, in order to achieve a balance in human relations.
9. Coordination of efforts to benefit from scientific and technological discovery, to fight poverty, spread justice and provide the maximum benefit for humanity and the earth.

5. New System Requirements

Theoretically, it is assumed that there are systems of government that allow respect for everyone with a form of rotation of power, but with a new human, economic and intellectual content.

5.1 Economic Reforms

Since the economic factor can always create classes, some upper limit should be imposed on the super-rich to prevent run away monopolies. Here are some solutions:

1-  The most important economic renewal includes enacting laws that encourage wealth distribution through the creation of economic institutions owned by a larger part of the people and controlled by the owners themselves. Middle size corporations are the most promising vehicle to carry such role. The bigger the corporation the less this role will be served, and if the size is too small they cannot provide stability. The optimum mid-size company can vary in size based on the wealth of the society (US mid-size can mean a capital between 10m-1b). What is important is the owners care about their companies.

2-  This will minimize stock markets and banking role to just serve the monetary system. This will remove monopolies over how the system works, and reform the Federal Reserve or Central Banks private ownership, because their function is analogues to defense more than private business, and they should be government owned or controlled.

3-  Some other aspects include weakening the usury finance system for the benefit of the distributed productive sector; weakening monopolies or centralized control of public holding companies, because they generally use the public money to serve the boards and big shareholders. The companies would-be replaced by smaller ones owned by a limited number of private shareholders.

4-  Collaboration between the smaller units can be regulated in a way that prevents monopolies. Institutions would be managed by different levels that curtail supper control by top managers. Instead the power system is shared by many levels with enough checks and balances. The sub managements should be made to reflect real core activities in a way that enhances the role of the intellectual or material production, and limits abstract management. Laws can be enacted to encourage this transition.

5-  Set controls and caps on the maximum size of incorporation or cartel that serves certain objectives with a single management to prevent the growth of any cartel beyond certain percentage of the GNP. Ensure that none of the cartels can determine the overall economic outcome of the sector concerned.

6-  Outlaw any leagues or alliances between cartels that can result in exceeding the maximum allowed size through ownership, financing, or any means that move the cartel role beyond the set limit.

7-  Cap ownership of assets or corporations that can allow the control of any sector beyond the set limit. Apply points 5 and 6 to individuals or nominal bodies.

8-  Cap the government ownership or control of operation’s or economic assets by a preset limit defined by the states legislators on periodic reviews. The government size or monopoly should not exceed certain limits for all services except national defense, monetary system, security and law enforcement. Parallel to that, taxes should be regulated to ensure the government meets it obligations and prevent tax increase beyond the needed to serve the approved. Review this role periodically.

9-  Manage Government in a way that minimizes monopolies and high management control, and maximize the contribution of all levels of management and services.

5.2 Political Systems

To make international relations safe and peaceful, the following proposals can help secure equality of all human races with enough respect for the diversity and particularly of each race.

1. Encourage the  adoption of democratic political structures for the governance of the world system for sub units of the international organizations, and weaken the centralized control of public administrations.
2. Apply constraints in relation to decisions of declaring wars in a way that the State top political structure cannot make such decisions without a clear expression of the public acceptance and approval.
3. Reform election laws for the various levels of governance to ensure a real majority support of the elected body, and set up a threshold that nullify elections if not satisfied.
4. Encourage regional cooperation in order to arrive to structures that reflect the homogeneity of the culture groups and national composition. This is encouraged to run the UN through a manageable number of regions instead of the current situation where few countries control the war and peace, while the rest of nations act as spectators and in many cases are used or abused beyond basic dignity.
5. Restructure the UN to reflect the real balance of power and world populations’ economic and strategic weights, Table A1 shows an approximate possible configuration of world powers.

5.3 Social and Ethical Reforms

1. The encouragement of naturally driven marriage relationships to help create generations that can accommodate the best of their parents.
2. Strong emphasis on enhancing the nuclear family structure, and support for organized growth of people population in balanced and meaningful ways (encourages the growth of low fertility populations and moderates the high fertility ones to keep ethnic diversity and world balance).
3. Apply strict anti-discrimination laws that are fair for all regarding the social, racial, and economic justices and equality.
4. Absolutely outlaw crime, slavery, and prostitution of all forms.

5.4 International Cooperation

1. Periodic update of international laws.
2. Apply strong controls against cheating, law subversion, or pseudo legal games.
3. Establish the rules for environment protection based on solid scientific evidence. Renew energy sources and recommend solutions for economic development and production.
4. Cooperate to fight all international crimes and terror sponsored by States or Organizations.
5. Protect the people self-determinations rights.

6. Conclusion

The current state of the world is very unstable, risky, and can fall in destructive wars, or destruction of humanity if the globalists are left to continue their work. This is a very challenging position for any world leader, but it very critical that the true leaders face the moment of truth and make the historic decisions.

The virus crisis is one of many that the globalists can manufacture on regular basis. They will never stop if they are not stopped by force or becoming irrelevant.

To make them irrelevant their control over huge potions of the world economy, governments, and international organizations requires breaking or at least braking the system of their control and the path is the opposite to what they work on. We have offered out a view of the new post capitalist system that can establish a working challenge to the global order and find very strong base of support form many nations.

The building of around 10 world vocalizations is already occurring. Encouraging the weak structures reduces the globalists control over them It is essential to realize that these blocs security, unity and cohesion, serve the whole world. Russia can lead the way to help establish stronger blocks from Africa, South America, and enforce coordination with China and India

The Arab strategic location and vast area, and the fact that no country ever dominated the world without a major role in Arab world demands helping the Arabs establish their formation. The majority are willing and capable, but the forces against them are formidable. Russia has been working very reasonably in the last 10 years to help reaching similar conclusions

In Annex 2 we have outlined the dark vision of the globalists order, and in Annex 3 we outlined our system impact summary. We hope Russia will lead and consider the critical rule of the Arab world.

If the globalist order can be choked there is a strong chance America may change heart. Working with sincere powers in the West is very helpful.

Appendices

Annex: A World View about Evolution of Human Societies

I.1 Basic Forces

The fundamental forces of nature are strong, electroweak and gravitational forces, and the corresponding forces acting on the individual are:

1. Preservation of self: Corresponds to the Strong force.
2. Preservation of kind and the genetic composition: Electromagnetic force.
3. Integration with the universe: Gravitational force.

Natural forces are governed by the dynamic and quantum laws, while human forces are governed by the brain which is the most sophisticated quantum machine. An analogy between the natural and the social models are shown in Table A1. They are not necessarily derivable from each other but could be. The analogy here is for demonstration.

These three forces are basic instincts in the individual. They evolve and express themselves through the human mind to create many possibilities in relation to others. For a society they are manifested as three major representations evolving from the singular forces as follows

1. Socio Economic Classes: combination of the effects of self and kind preservation forces.
2. Tribes and Nationalities: kind preservation evolution.
3. Morality (Ethics) and Human unity: Integration evolution.
4. Adding two more factors that can affect the society mainly Environment, and Resources, creates the interplay between the forces that can affect societies growth and evolution.

I.2 Evolution Indicators

The expression of the above forces defines five major parameters that can identify human societies, and the interaction with the natural surroundings. These parameters are

1. Class Structures: based mainly on economic factors, but can contain racial components. Society is at best with no classes, but it is an active force that cannot be stopped.
2. Nationalism and Racial Structures: societies with homogeneous racial composition are more inclined for cohesion and productivity. They can be aggressive against others. Single national structures create more stable, but assertive societies.
3. Environment:  isolation brings stability, but also resistance to progress. Surrounded by strong powers can affect the whole course of development.
4. Economic Strategic Factor: the overall wealth and development level that allow translation to real power on all strategic fronts. Positive to the well-being of the society.
5. Civil and Culture Development: good for the society stability and real development.

If we take only two values for each of the above parameters, 32 different societies can be defined. Theoretically, the values are a continuum and the number of variations is infinitely high, but generally real societies tend to settle for certain classes. We can describe any society in terms of these parameters, and make some prediction about its evolution.

The model is extensive and addresses many fine details related to the interdependence of the forces. For example, the class structure can destroy the national structure, and geography or environment can reverse the evolution path. Mind creates ideas that translate to ideologies which can be correct or misplaced if the basic assumptions are wrong albeit slightly sometimes. This is a common occurrence in ideologies and ideas. It is due to a fundamental process in the brain that allows imagination, which is critical for providing varieties of solutions. In most cases, wrong solutions are more than the correct ones, as we know from real life or science.

Concerning the solutions and effects, the shortest path to failure is to deny the existence of an active force. It is possible and desired some times to overcome the negative aspects of certain forces, but that has costs. In addition, even if such solutions are effective, they generally do not represent a rest state, but demand a constant application to offset the original force action.

What is a sure impossibility is to remove the effect of a force by denying its existence. This is a major source of social science problems, when not all forces or their effects are counted. The assumption of the ability to eliminate the forces does not correctly estimate the scope of the process or the ramifications of applying a brute force to achieve the objectives. From our model there are always negative forces you cannot stop, but there are optimizations that can make a major difference. The study offers at the end, a vision of building a post capitalist world that operates on optimization of satisfying the basics forces, and enhancing their positive aspects while minimizing their negative ones.

An example: a power group can have successful paths, and that creates misconceptions about their limits in favor of exaggerating their power. In addition, imagination can allow an apparent success of wrong solutions, because of the sheer availability of resources compared to the weakness of the challenge. If adopted for a long time, the wrong solutions can inflict long-term damage to the affected world, and they will fail at some point. Communism is a classic example of a failing ideology and the current capitalism is equally wrong, because both deny the existence of some of the basic forces.

A power group can disable the application of correct solutions if they (solutions) have limited resources, by using sheer resources to offset the outcomes. If the weak group correct solutions threaten the interests of the powerful, an elimination of the weak can be applied. This is an everyday occurrence in real life or politics. Sometimes we lose the good solutions for a while, but most of the time other similar minds reproduce similar ideas. This continuous interaction net outcome is generally good for the people because, ethical and moral forces tend to weigh for the good solutions over the wrong ones.

II. The Current Evolution Path

The model predicts the following:

1. When a small group controls the destiny of a large population, and does not address their basic inspirations, or curtails their basic and natural forces of interactions (class polarization, suppression of national or moral integration and religion) that group naturally starts to fall. The Soviet Union is a recent big example. It fell because the Soviet structure was based on the assumption that only economic factors affect evolution, hence applied some form of restricted or forced evolution within the socio economic development, and ignored or suppressed nationalism of the Soviet nations. They denied the value of nationalism, and assumed ethics are a by-product of the economic factors. Combining this with a conflict with the West resulted in the rise and fall of the Soviet empire within seventy years.
2. In some respects, the current state of Capitalism represents the other side of the coin: they too believe that economic factors are mainly the ones that can influence progress and development. The starting point of capitalism is disconnected from the real status now. Adam Smith believed in free market and competition, and was concerned that monopolies eventually may kill the free market. In fact current capitalism is remote from real free market, and competition is near nonexistence, and with it nationalism and morality are losing value. The globalists capitalist path to control the world is similar to the Soviet elite control during its late years.
3. This is the case, because when the West won the cold war, many western economic powers considered that a vindication of their system superiority. They actually sped up the transfer of wealth from the middle and lower classes to their benefit, and accelerated the destruction of national borders. The new super-rich believed they can control the world through cross nations elite coordination.
4. Their possible unity across national borders is a product of globalism. They want to subjugate the human race under their control. This is partially similar to the rise of capitalism at the turn of the 20th century. The difference in that case, nationalism was on the rise and the capitalists were serving national interests beside their own. Capitalism then contained the expression of different nationalities, which created colonialism, and the conflict ended with the world wars.
5. In the current case, capitalism is suppressing nationalism for the sake of creating a world government, and it is changing alliances to serve that end. Globalists work adamantly to control a huge wealth under their umbrella. They are so confident to the point of dismissing the importance of even the white race, let alone care about other races.
6. This is however an accelerated path towards doom. While capitalism flourishes more, and more capital is accumulated in the hands of fewer and fewer people, this ends up with a very thin super-rich class that cannot afford to carry the world heavy human and survival burden. It can fall under the sheer force of huge human suffering even if nationalism does not revolt. What is more likely is that at some earlier point, nationalism rises again, because it is a natural force and can break the cycle. Both scenarios are possible.

III. Post Capitalism Possible System (included in the main article)

Theoretically there is a possibility for a rise of a world order that allows equality and respect for all people. It can be similar in structure to the western democracies as a form of transfer of power, but has a different human and economic content as outlined in the following sections. We outline the main themes that can address the basic conclusions of our study, and satisfy the basic forces of evolution with minimum conflicts and maximum fairness to the overall populations.

3.1 Economic Reforms

Since the economic factor can always create classes, some upper limit should be imposed on the super-rich to prevent run away monopolies. Here are some solutions:

1. The most important economic renewal includes enacting laws that encourage wealth distribution through the creation of economic institutions owned by a larger part of the people and controlled by the owners themselves. Middle size corporations are the most promising vehicle to carry such role. The bigger the corporation the less this role will be served, and if the size is too small they cannot provide stability. The optimum mid-size company can vary in size based on the wealth of the society (US mid-size can mean a capital between 10m-1b). What is important is the owners care about their companies.
2. This will minimize stock markets and banking role to just serve the monetary system. This will remove monopolies over how the system works, and reform the Federal Reserve or Central Banks private ownership, because their function is analogues to defense more than private business, and they should be government owned or controlled.
3. Some other aspects include weakening the usury finance system for the benefit of the distributed productive sector; weakening monopolies or centralized control of public holding companies, because they generally use the public money to serve the boards and big shareholders. The companies would-be replaced by smaller ones owned by a limited number of private shareholders.
4. Collaboration between the smaller units can be regulated in a way that prevents monopolies. Institutions would be managed by different levels that curtail supper control by top managers. Instead the power system is shared by many levels with enough checks and balances. The sub managements should be made to reflect real core activities in a way that enhances the role of the intellectual or material production, and limits abstract management. Laws can be enacted to encourage this transition.
5. Set controls and caps on the maximum size of incorporation or cartel that serves certain objectives with a single management to prevent the growth of any cartel beyond certain percentage of the GNP. Ensure that none of the cartels can determine the overall economic outcome of the sector concerned.
6. Outlaw any leagues or alliances between cartels that can result in exceeding the maximum allowed size through ownership, financing, or any means that move the cartel role beyond the set limit.
7. Cap ownership of assets or corporations that can allow the control of any sector beyond the set limit. Apply points 5 and 6 to individuals or nominal bodies.
8. Cap the government ownership or control of operation’s or economic assets by a preset limit defined by the states legislators on periodic reviews. The government size or monopoly should not exceed certain limits for all services except national defense, monetary system, security and law enforcement. Parallel to that, taxes should be regulated to ensure the government meets it obligations and prevent tax increase beyond the needed to serve the approved. Review this role periodically.
9. Manage Government in a way that minimizes monopolies and high management control, and maximize the contribution of all levels of management and services.

3.2 Political Systems

To make international relations safe and peaceful, the following proposals can help secure equality of all human races with enough respect for the diversity and particularly of each race.

1. Encourage the  adoption of democratic political structures for the governance of the world system for sub units of the international organizations, and weaken the centralized control of public administrations.
2. Apply constraints in relation to decisions of declaring wars in a way that the State top political structure cannot make such decisions without a clear expression of the public acceptance and approval.
3. Reform election laws for the various levels of governance to ensure a real majority support of the elected body, and set up a threshold that nullify elections if not satisfied.
4. Encourage regional cooperation in order to arrive to structures that reflect the homogeneity of the culture groups and national composition. This is encouraged to run the UN through a manageable number of regions instead of the current situation where few countries control the war and peace, while the rest of nations act as spectators and in many cases are used or abused beyond basic dignity.
5. Restructure the UN to reflect the real balance of power and world populations’ economic and strategic weights, Table A1 shows an approximate possible configuration of world powers.

3.3 Social and Ethical Reforms

1. The encouragement of naturally driven marriage relationships to help create generations that can accommodate the best of their parents.
2. Strong emphasis on enhancing the nuclear family structure, and support for organized growth of people population in balanced and meaningful ways (encourages the growth of low fertility populations and moderates the high fertility ones to keep ethnic diversity and world balance).
3. Apply strict anti-discrimination laws that are fair for all regarding the social, racial, and economic justices and equality.
4. Absolutely outlaw crime, slavery, and prostitution of all forms.

3.4 International Cooperation

1. Periodic update of international laws.
2. Apply strong controls against cheating, law subversion, or pseudo legal games.
3. Establish the rules for environment protection based on solid scientific evidence. Renew energy sources and recommend solutions for economic development and production.
4. Cooperate to fight all international crimes and terror sponsored by States or Organizations.
5. Protect the people self-determinations rights.

Annex 2: The Globalists Envisioned System

Human relationships

1. Cut off real human contact and live intensified in the cyber world
2. Abolishing places of worship, mass gatherings and people.
3. Converting educational institutions to e-learning.
4. Reducing intimate relationships and weakening of offspring and reproduction.
5. Hydration and weakening of offspring and reproduction.
6. The subdued, sick and killing individualism of existential integration.
7. Dwindling tourist and entertainment services and restaurants, while home delivery remains.
8. Maximizing home delivery services for all types of purchase and e-commerce

The role of the state and the economy

1. Transform the state role to become the representative and police for the centralized system.
2. Break up relations between states and deepen the hegemony of the domination
3. Limit state services security and curfews.
4. The tyranny of the invisible center layer to replace the Creator.
5. Control over armies is administered by the Central Army.
6. Full control of electronic money and minimize other means of purchase.
7. Minimize the for individual human work, except for what is done in the management of factories and farms and the transformation to work remotely, and this reduces the need for humans existence to justify their annihilation.

Annex 3: The Alternative From World of Civilizations

1. Break and demolish the center, and rebuild international institutions.
2. Whoever leads the country, the will of the people shall prevail.
3. Maximize the boundaries of civilization blocs being self-sufficient for maximum. coordination between the blocs directly without centralization and the rule of equality.
4. Abolish the monetary regulations and the minting of ten currencies whose value is fixed and based on barter and gold.
5. Abolish international banks and usury systems, and adopt production and real value economy
6. National and local control within the civilization blocs.
7. Armies role is to protect borders and core services.
8. Maximize the existential integration and encourage civilizational, national and religious understanding.
9. Universalize ethics, science, discoveries and everything that serves the human community without central control ever.
